ES Suspensión temporal de entregas a España

A partir de octubre de 2025, las entregas a España se encuentran temporalmente suspendidas.
Esta decisión se debe a los nuevos requisitos de las autoridades aduaneras españolas, que han introducido una tarifa fija de evaluación aduanera de 50 € aplicada a las mercancías importadas.
Dicha tarifa es cobrada directamente al comprador/cliente y está fuera de nuestro control.

Para proteger a nuestros clientes de cargos inesperados y retrasos, hemos decidido pausar todos los envíos a España hasta que se restablezca un proceso aduanero más justo y predecible.

Tenga en cuenta que otros países de la Unión Europea no han implementado este cargo, por lo que las entregas a esos destinos continúan con normalidad.
Si lo desea, puede realizar su pedido utilizando una dirección de entrega en otro país de la UE.

Tracking

We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping so that you can follow your order in real time.

If you choose untracked shipping, we will send you a confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, and you will be able to follow the fulfilment process up to that point. However, you will not be able to track the parcel after dispatch, and if it is lost in transit, NPSelection will not be responsible for the loss, as it was your personal choice to select an untracked service.

You will receive a tracking link for all tracked orders, usually after fulfilment. This link will be sent to your email address. Please monitor the tracking information and contact us if you notice that your order appears to be delayed or stuck in transit.

Brexit Information for All EU-Based Customers

If you are located in an EU country, VAT will be collected at the applicable rate for your country when required. You should not pay VAT to the courier or local customs authorities. Your order should not be subject to additional import duties or taxes under the current Brexit trade agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom.

Please note that NPSelection is not responsible for any customs clearance charges or delivery delays resulting from customs inspection or clearance procedures.

Update – September 2022: Customs clearance procedures have become much more streamlined compared with the first few months following Brexit (January 2021). We have not experienced any returned EU orders in the past twelve months.

Information for Customers in the USA, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, India, China, Japan, Australia, and the Rest of the World

Orders shipped to these countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country, in accordance with local tax regulations. All orders placed on our website are processed tax-free at the point of purchase.

NPSelection is not responsible for any customs clearance charges or delivery delays caused by customs procedures in your country.

Deliveries to Spain

As of October 2025, deliveries to Spain are temporarily suspended.
This follows the introduction by Spanish customs authorities of a €50 flat customs assessment fee applied to imported goods.
The fee is charged directly to the purchaser or customer and is beyond our control.

To protect our customers from unexpected charges and delays, we have paused all shipments to Spain until a fair and predictable customs process is restored.

Please note that other EU countries have not implemented such a fee, and deliveries to those destinations continue as normal.
If you wish, you may place your order using a delivery address in another EU country.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Russia–Ukraine War

Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, we have suspended all deliveries to Russia, Belarus, and any unlawfully occupied territories.

We will continue to deliver free of charge to any address in Ukraine or Ukrainian territories that remain under Ukrainian control, and we will do our best to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Due to the extremely high demand, these are the times you can expect when standard service is required.

The United Kingdom - Approximately 1-3 working days.

United States - Approximately 5-10 working days.

Europe - Approximately 3-7 working days.

Rest of the world - Approximately 7-15 working days.
